Low GPA, High SAT. Will high TEAS score grant better chance at admission?

Hi, I'm a senior in college, Biology major, and am expecting to graduate in December. I am attempting to attend Valdosta State University's Accelerated BSN program. Sadly, I do have a lower gpa(2.5), but am more than capable of doing the work, having letters from multiple professors saying so. I do think that I have about 2 more prereq's that I could take and 2 others that I plan to retake to boost my gpa a little. After taking these classes and scoring highly on the TEAS, would there be any chance that I'd be able to get into this program? Also, would it matter that I took some higher Biology classes and did well in them? Thanks for any help.
