Lost NMC requirement

Hi, last I posted was that I was asking about how nursing was in the UK. That was 2015. Apparently, I gave up on the offer and stayed off it for awhile since my old man didn't really have anyone to stay with him if I went ahead and took it.

Fast forward 2 years later, he re-married and even has a 3month old babe of his own now and I went to pursue being a nurse in the UK again.

I'm leaving for Cheltenham in just a few days, done with my NMC's CBT and will take the OSCE in about 2 or 3 months?

However, I have a problem. I've lost my police clearance (NBI clearance when locally used here in the Philippines) just recently which as I recall was one of the NMC's registration requirements and I'm worried this is going to be a problem for the OSCE.

Now I have two of these police clearances. One December 2016 and one around May 2017. The latter, I used for the NMC registration and the latest one for the VISA application. I lost the December one. I remember there's a note at the NMC website saying I should have all original documents for the ID check in the OSCE exam. Now I could only produce a scanned copy of the December from my backups at best. I've emailed the NMC asking about it but it takes sometime before they could reply from queries and I'm really worried about it. I wonder if they'll accept the latest one I used for the visa? or at least consider the copy of the exact one I submitted? T___T

Yes, sorry for the late post, it's been a very busy 2 months adjusting, working and prepping for the osce. This was the reply to my query

"In response to your query, we require to see the original NBI which was uploaded and accepted by the assessment officer.

If this is not available we will need to see a new police certificate which is dated within 3 months when you present it at your ID check."

I recieved that 2 days before my flight. So I had a new nbi schedule booked at midnight when that mail arrived and then I was able to secure 1 slot left at nbi UN ave for 6am the next morning and I got the actual paper by 7am. Whew!
