Hi all. So I have been using the McGraw-Hill 5 TEAS practice tests book and I've been doing well except for the science section. I just did a test and with the Science I got a score of 75%, without the science portion, I would have had an 88%. There is just so much different science! There is basic biology, a&p, chem and some physics. I started physics in high school 5 years ago, but ended up dropping it because I hated it. I remember some of the a&p, the bio and the chem but it's just so much! And I feel like I really can't study for it without taking basic classes on these subjects. There is just too much to know each system in the body just by themselves, but we need to know how they work with one another as well. I'm just losing confidence because I keep improving on every other section and the science is staying about the same. The good thing is I know the school I am trying to get into doesn't really look at the science because they will teach a lot of it when I take classes there, but it still makes me feel awful inside.
