Looking for the positives

Another day came and went with no word. Still feeling pretty anxious about this whole mess, but trying to find healthy ways to deal with it. So, on the positive side of things, this has given me time to start deep cleaning my house.  Lord, I have a lot of stuff! Today plans are to drop off several boxes at the thrift store, continue cleaning and organizing, and cuddle with Bear (my cat). Half seriously considering selling the house. Not sure about it yet though. I think it could add more stress when I already have a ton of weight on my shoulders and way too much on my mind. Had a good lunch date with a wonderful friend yesterday and managed to not talk about any of my particular troubles. Got to talk to both of my daughters and 2 of my grandchildren.  Youngest grandson was beyond excited because his dad, who is military, was able to finally come home and just in time to see his last soccer game. And tried not to laugh when my granddaughter talked about what she wants to be when she grows up (maybe a nail tech or maybe a marine biologist or maybe an actress). Glad she has such diverse interests.  They were good reminders that the sky is not falling and whatever happens from here, the world and life will go on. My stuff is a drop of water in a vast ocean. Still hoping and praying for resolution. Maybe today.
