Looking for LPN refresher course

Hello All!

I have been an LVN/LPN for 17 years but have not practiced for the last 5 of those years. I've been home with our little girls, just being mommy. I am now back in school starting my pre-req's for a BSN program. I've realized that if I wait until clinicals roll around, I will have been out of practice for about 7 years. I want to get back to work, very part-time, while I'm doing my pre-req's so I don't feel so "green" once RN clinicals start. However, I'm also very nervous after being out of practice for so long. I'm wanting to brush up on my skills before re-entering the work-force.

I've looked online but all I'm finding are LPN refresher courses that are very lengthly and probably full-time. Does anyone know of a more basic refresher course out there? Since I've got a 2 and 3 year old and I'm taking college classes, I don't have time for those full on courses. This is just for me, not a requirement for any job. Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
