Hello,
I am trying to find an accelerated intro to microbiology course with a lab to attend in a classroom setting...NOT online.
If the course is not too long I would be willing to travel to a different state across the country. But on the west coast would be the most ideal seeing as how I am in the Bay Area of California and have two small children.
Thanks!

Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay, OR usually has an acelerated microbiology class through the summer...if there is enough interest. It is geared toward health care providers. The instructor is great. Their WEB site is http://www.socc.edu. I took the class during a regular semester and enjoyed it very much.

Hi!
I think you sent me a PM but I accidently deleted it. To answer your question, the college that offered that 3 week summer course is in Carson City, NV and is called Western Nevada Community College. It's taught by Doc Carman (as he likes to be called). Here is his webpage that might offer some helpful information and sometimes, he puts a lot of his class info as well as the syllabus on there.

Hope this helps!
