Lonestar Kingwood 2013

Published

I am applying to the transition program, but I'm afraid I'm missing something. I have all of my paperwork done, but I have to wait until the end of the semester for my pharmacology grade to officially submit my application. I am going to an information session on May 1st, but I haven't started the process for my vaccinations at all.

I need advice! I definitely don't want to miss this application deadline, but I am afraid I've waited too long on the vaccinations. I don't even know where to start and I only have until may 24th.

All you need is to start your hep b vaccination to turn in with your application. All others wait until you have been accepted and have orientation

Thank you! Fortunately I already had titers drawn last year at work, so that is one less thing I have to worry about. I wish I could find other Kingwood transition hopefuls.

Thanks again for responding.

I have been an LVN for 7 years. I recently applied, and was denied, for a spot in the Texas A&M BSN program. I have a 4.0 overall, all of my BSN prereqs, and a decent HESI score. The decision was devastating.

I live so far away from most BSN programs, so I applied to Lonestar Kingwood for their transition program. The deadline was May 24th, and the wait is already driving me crazy. I have posted about this before, but it seems that there aren't many hopefuls out there going crazy with me. :banghead:

Lol sorry you're alone!! Just went through the same waiting on my ADN acceptance letter. I'm sure someone will find your thread soon enough! Good luck!! I'm sure you'll get in
