Littman or Ultrascope?

I know there's been many many threads about stethoscopes :deadhorse , but I was wondering if anyone has tried both a Littman and and Ultrascope. I was looking at the Ultrascopes today and frankly, I wasn't very impressed. I was listening to my grandma and I couldn't hear any better than I can with my Littman Master Classic II. I just wanted some opinions. Thanks! :)

i prefer my littman stethoscope. i havent found another that i like, including the ones my hospital provides.
