I'm a new nursing grad from Michigan, and I'm planning to move to Ohio to start my first RN job at Cleveland in February.
Here's my situation: I already applied for my Michigan license and have been authorized to test for the NCLEX in Cleveland on January 3rd. Now I'm wondering if I should start an application for an Ohio license instead and try to get an Ohio ATT in time to still take the test on the 3rd. Or would it be easier to just stick with the Michigan license for now, take the exam, and then transfer my license to Ohio later?
I'd love some advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation or knows how this works. I'm trying to figure it out quickly so I'm ready to start in February!
