Leukocytosis Nursing Diagnosis

Hello! I need help with my care plan for a patient admitted one day ago for Leukocytosis. Rule out of different variables are still in progress (I suppose), but no cause determined yet. Does any of the amazing Nurses here know of a dx for this condition for my care plan?

S/S: Afebrile, minor complaints of pain, Labs: wbc 15.6, rbc 3.7, hgb 10.2, hct 30.3, mch 32.3, bun 87, anion gap 13, creatinine 2.66, calcium 8.5, gfr 17 and all cardiac labs are high:ck 761, ck-mb 15, troponin 2.39.

Any help would be appreciated.
