Letter of Rec - need advice

Hey all,

I would love some advice on about this letter of recommendation I need to get. The grad school nursing program (direct-entry master's to practice nursing) requires three letters of recommendation "from individuals with a masters or doctorate in the healthcare field." In undergrad, I was a research assistant and student of a professor in the school of public health. She is an exercise scientist and professor and does a lot of healthcare-related research, but is technically not a healthcare provider. Hopefully she would be able to give me a strong rec letter. Do you think she meets their requirements of being in the healthcare field?
