Leaving non healthcare office job to work as PCT while in school?

Hi everyone,

 

Need some advice. I have a very boring office job, but pays well. I recently got an offer for PCT position in hospital which will almost guarantee me a position as an RN in the same hospital once I graduate and plus it will offer tuition discount.  Should I feel bad about leaving ‘clean’ office job to do ‘not-clean’ job? My family is being very discouraging about this decision. I have just one semester left, and talked to the nurse manager of the floor they are willing to hire me with ADN as long as I enroll in BSN.
