Learning Goals for Community Care

Hello Everyone. I am seeking help in regards to learning goals for community care nursing.

i have not been in a community setting yet and this is part of my pre-grad experience.

i will show advocacy for my clients in the community setting by week two of placement.

i will be organized and be able to prioritize my care for clients by week 3 of placement.

i will ask my preceptor on the end of each day on areas of improvment.

Can someone please push me to the right direction.
