Lanier has an associate degree nursing program if you decide to continue your education and become a registered nurse in my opinion the transition would be smoother because you’ve already attended their college. Personally I had a rough transition from LPN to RN and at times I thought I would never get Accepted into an RN program.
Piedmont does not offer RN just the LPN.

I was accepted into both and am looking for some advice as to which is a better program. They are equal distance from my home and I read the NCLEX pass rate for both was high. I completed my CNA and prerequisites at LTC. Thanks in advance for the advice!
