Ku School of Nursing Acceptance Rate???

Hi everyone!

I am waiting to hear of my admissions decision from KU school of nursing. The agony of waiting is eating me alive. I have heard their program is very competitive and I would just like to ask you guys about my stats to see if you’d think I would get in. I go to JCCC and I heard it’s nearly impossible to get in unless you go to KU:/

3.87 GPA

CNA certification working at a nursing home

64 hours shadow experience

volunteer hours with a blood center and hospice facility.

former D1 athlete

coached youth volleyball camps

I am also local to the KC area so hopefully that helps.

A’s in all Science courses (except chem I got a B)
