KSU Fall 2010

Is there anyone else out there who has applied to KSU for Fall 2010? If so, when do you think we might hear something? I know the application deadline was 1/31 so.... Thanks for any info!

There's a KSU Fall 2010 thread on the GA board. Interview letters usually get sent out the first week of March with interviews starting March 31st through April 9th. Come join us in the wait :)

I have received a letter for interview (KSU), what should I expect on the interview? Please help, Thanks.

They are very friendly during the interview process and make you feel comfortable. Expect questions such as: What influenced your decision to become a nurse? What is your perception of a nursing student? Describe a situation in which you had to be: flexible, detail-oriented, compassionate towards someone who was difficult. How would you handle a situation in which a co-worker was behaving in an unethical or inappropriate manner - or if you've been in that situation, describe how you handled it? How do you make decisions? Discuss how you are a good communicator or how you have used communication skills in the past. Describe a situation where you had to be flexible when you didn't know what you were doing. These are the types of questions they ask. Behavioral types of questions. At the end they will ask you if you have any questions for them - come up with something good. Hope this helps!
