know of any cardiac telemetry positions?

Is there anyone out there working at any hospital in the general flint area that knows of any telemetry positions open? from what i understand not all hospitals have this department. and if they do they usually hire within. so looking online is NOT helpful. i have never actually seen one of these positions posted! (i would just like to get my resume sent to any potential employer). i know they are out there as i previously worked in beaumonts telemetry unit. any info would be helpful. thanks
