I recently applied for a job at Kindred Hospital. I did the interview and got offered a job. I did the drug screening and everything. I have been waiting on background check. It finaaly came back as complete. I found out i got 2 misdemenor convictions in 1 county that showed up. When filling out application i was not asked if i ever been convicted of a misdemenor just a felony. Now im worried that i wont get the job. Any advice??
