KCI Acti VAC Question

I have a client that is using the kci acti vac system, once in awhile the patch will come loose and start leaking. The vac system starts making a gurgling sound but the pressure will stay at 125 even when the leak alarm sounds off and the leak detection doesn't register any leak. Is this normal for this VAC system? This is the second vac and it is doing the same thing.
