Kaplan College Forensic Nursing

I'm interested in Forensic Nursing. I requested information from Kaplan College and they contacted me this evening stating that a decision needed to be made by Wednesday, or wait for a year for the course to be offered again.

Apparently, this will be the 2nd time the coursework is offered.

They provide a certificate upon completion of the all online program and the credits are non-transferrable. After 60 days in the one year program, the full 3,000 tuition is due, whether the course is completed or not.

Thoughts on credibility, value, experience with similar programs, or experience with Kaplan College would be greatly appreciated.
