I've recently joined this forum and just wanted to say hi! I've worked in dialysis (at the same unit, believe it or not) for the past 24 years and am currently working in their outpatient renal office seeing CKD patients and other nephrology related diseases. At the dialysis unit, I carried the title of Patient Care Coordinator with responsibilities including CQI management, Anemia Management, Vascular Access Coordinator etc etc etc. If it needed to be done and no one was assigned to do it, the new task became mine. :) :Melody:

This is a great group of well educated nurses who have helped me, and, continue to do so, understand dialysis. I work iwth patients on a advocate level.
It is an intravenous solution containing a liquid multivitamin that colors the fluid a bright yellow.
