Just got hired for L&D position, advice?

So I just accepted a Labor Nurse position at the hospital I currently work at! I’m so excited I’ve wanted this job for so long! I’ve been working on a neurology/neurosurgery/tele floor since I graduated nursing school 2.5 years ago and I have 1.5 years charge experience. I just wanted some advice since this change will be so big for me and I don’t really know what to expect! Thanks!
