Help! reading material to know from EC study content guide, what is the best way to use NOC for outcomes and how is the indicators in Fund. Book used to incorporate in care plans. How do we incorporate NIC as well I just feel Im missing something here. I have made care plans by just picking out an outcome give a time period for the goal and just picking Nursing interventions that conclude to patients signs and symptoms. Just wondering if there other guidelines maybe Im not doing this correctly.:) Is there a special way EC would like us to do this. :):bowingpur
