Jury awards family of victim who died in psych ward

Remember the story about the woman who died on a psych ward in Kings County Hospital (Brooklyn, NY).- The employees ignored her and she died on camera/video in the waiting area. Here's the link to what a jury awarded the family members of the victim.

No amount of money could replace my mother (God forbid), however, 2 million is just a plain insult. She should've went to trial even if it would've taken years.....

Still can't get over that number, considering everything was on videotape and that the staff was caught trying to cover up their mistakes on paper.
