Joliet Junior College (JJC) Fall 2022

Hi everyone, I just applied to JJC Fall 2022 and I’ve been waiting on the email of admitted students for this coming semester.

I have a decent GPA but wasn’t able to secure an 82 or above to get a guaranteed spot to be admitted in the program. Anyone in the same boat as me? I’ve been contemplating on retaking the test if ever and maybe shoot for Spring 2023 instead if I don’t get in.

Hello, I also applied for the Fall 2022 LPN to RN program. My TEAS score wasn't great but I still applied. I think it takes up to 5 weeks to know if you were accepted. I intend that we both get in. I won't think about retaking the test until then.

A few weeks ago I received a qualifier email. Email also stated acceptance emails would go out "By Early April"---- can't come soon enough, the anticipation!

Same here! I just want to know if I got in or not. I’m waiting until maybe 2nd week of this month and if I haven’t heard from them yet, I might just take the TEAS and try again for Spring 2023!

Just received my acceptance email. I got in.

I got in the day program—maybe it’s a different email and process for the LPN to RN program; in my email it said that I have a slot for the day program and said to wait for a follow up email regarding requirement and due dates.

I got into the LPN transition program. I don't know why I didn't receive a time slot. It did say they will send a follow-up email May 2nd for background check and screening.

Congrats to all! I didn’t get in even with a 77.3 TEAS score and two of the classes done. I knew that would probably do it for me but figured I’d try applying with an “OK” TEAS score.

I'm sorry to hear that. Your TEAS score is good. I have all my pre -requisite with the exception of Healing 109 which I'm currently in. . Keep taking classes  and apply again in August. You will get in.
