Join a new grad program or stay at rehab hospital for a year?

Hi. I’m confused…. should I stay at the rehab hospital I work at or join a new grad program at a bigger hospital?

I worked at a rehab for the first 2 months after receiving my RN license and hated it. Personally the ratio and lack of staffing even with the CNAs make it extra difficult to handle. Also as a new grad, most rehabs lack structure with their staffing/policies and usually don't bother to put in the effort to train or reinforce it, which explains why I decided to leave. I feel like you're better off going to a new grad program at a hospital just because you're more likely to receive the support and guidance you need.
