My husband worked for Applebees as a server/bartender when I did travel nursing. He would just call ahead to the one in the area we would be moving to, and speak with the manager. Some places he was able to just transfer, other places he had to hire on, but it was always really easy since he already worked for the company.
She has a bachelors in business and is going to do her mba in healthcare admin. which she is totally fine completing that online. During her bachelors she works as a bartender at a large casino, so she does have an extensive beverage/server background. Did that work out well for your husband with applebees? She wouldnt need or want something full time, but something to earn some money and stay busy.
It worked out well for him actually. He worked 5 different states doing it. Usually he just gave his manager a heads up that we were moving due to my job relocating, and they would personally call and give him a reference or whatever. He never had any trouble getting hired. It was easier when they were a corporate store, so he was literally able to just transfer, but even when he needed to hire on, it just took a bit longer.

I want to travel with my significant other, does anyone know of anyway that she could work while we travel. are there any careers or jobs that could make this a possibbility for us?
