Jobs outside of hospital for ADN?

Published

Although I enjoy what I do as a staff/floor nurse in a hospital setting, I feel like my days there are done. I just don't feel like that kind of stress is good for me or my family. Some days I honestly loose it at work and end up saying things I don't mean. Then I get in trouble for that. I work (3) 12.5 hr shifts and live 30 min away from my job... It's a long day! And I am a new mother to boot, which brings all sorts of new stressors into my life.

I originally got my BA in psychology, wasn't into that and had no desire to get my maters in it, then got my ADN. I also have my OCN, and the field of oncology really interests me, as well as radiology and OR. I would love to get into case management, but it seems like all job posting for that are BSN required.

Any one have any ideas out there?
