no job offers to show immigration-help!!!

hi folks,

i'm english and i married an american 5 years ago and we live in the UK.

we have decided to sell up and move back to the states. once we sell our house we should have a very reasonable amount of money to buy a house stateside.

i havent made an appointment to sit the Nclex exam yet- and my husband hasnt got a job offer over there- but we are confident we should get work once out there.

we have an appointment with the US embassy very soon for my spousal alien visa- but cant provide a support affidavid.

has anyone been in a similiar situation? will the US immigration just say no n' slam the door in my face?

any help/advise would be greatly received!!:spin:
