If you thought you were ahead of the curve by taking and passing the JEPET prior to starting the program- you may have wasted your time and money.

Notice NURS 312 fulfilling the GWAR requirement if taken in Fall 2010 or later.

I'm expecting some major writing assignments in this class that likely weren't required before Fall 2010. :eek:

I hope I'm wrong.

    the N312 GWAR is not bad at all. There's 3 essays due at the end of the semester. Currently taking it now for Fall 2010 and just got an email from the English department stating that it will fulfill the written English proficiency portion.

    BTW, are you attending the orientation on the 29th? I will be there, so if you have any questions about the class or program, don't hesitate to ask.

    Don't take this the wrong way- b/c I don't believe that you deliberately mischaracterized the workload required of this course.... or perhaps the course requirement has been changed.

    However, GWAR is a major writing course and it consumed a disproportionate amount of time. I believe that this would be the viewpoint of the majority of the Spring 2011 Level 1 students.
