Jacksonville new grad salary

Hey everyone,

I am planning on relocating the Jacksonville area after completion of my program. Can anyone share what the avg new grad RN salary is in Jacksonville, or surrounding areas?

In Tallahassee (3 hours away), the base pay is $22-$25/hr, depending on which hospital you're at, plus a very small educational differential for BSN or MSN.  There's also a shift differential that is usually 10-15% of whatever your base pay is.

Do you know if TMH base pay is close to the $25/hr range or is it at the lower end? Thanks.

When this was posted, it was on the lower end. They recently increased it to $25/hr for BSN prepared RNs.
