IV Therapy Course for LPN from another state

I moved from FL to Akron, OH for family reasons. Now facing "pending" status on license due to lack (insufficient) IV therapy certification. (I have one, but it's not good enough.) I see this question been here several times, but nevertheless, can anyone can advise ob this.

I contacted several leads (5 different schools so far) found on web to no avail. Is any providers still in Akron/Cleveland area? Thank you for all replies.
