iso hospice/pc audio tapes

Hi. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on Hospice/Pallietive care audio tapes in preparation for the certification exam? Are there even such tapes available? Have done several web searches, including the national organization and can't find anything.

I have seen tapes sets...there is one that makes it way around the office but I'm not having much luck finding a link for one online either. Can any of the rest of you provide a link?
