Is there waiting list MCI RN?

Published

I was thinking about the LPN program, then I just found out there a new RN program. If I score high on the TEAS test. Can I just go into the program. I heard there isn't a waiting list for the LPN program. I'm willing to relocate to any of the schools location to get into there RN program since its only 15 months.

No there is no waiting list. You just have to complete the prereq. classes and a few interviews.

I plan on attending in May

Hey, I applied there already. The program is new but not fully accrediated yet(didn't graduate the 1st class yet. When you pass the test(english, reading, math, and science), you can fill out an application and must pay 100 dollars for registration fees. You must have chemistry, computers, and algebra. The tuition is like 27,500. I was really eagered about going there, but decided not to because it seems fishy and unorganized. My friend and I applied there together and was both told two different things. The kept losing her transcripts and they take a long time to tell you if you are accepted or not. The program starts in sept. but you won't know if you are in until july or august. So basically if you don't get in, you lose $100 and miss the deadlines of all the other nursing programs. Everytime you ask questions about the school they will tell you not to worry about it until you are accepted. The 15 months sounds good but I rather go to another school so that my credits will transfer so that I can move up the ladder. Oh yeah, the school is located in virginia beach off of newton road. Maybe I'm a bit parnoid but I just can't put my future in the hands of a program that seems like they are hiding something or is not on solid ground yet.

hope this helps,
