Hi i am about to take my Nclex in about 3 weeks and have been studying RN material, will this mess me up? should i just stick with LVN practice questions?

I used some of the RN stuff to study, but you have to remember some of the delegation stuff is not the same. I really did not study too much for the NCLEX because there really is no way you can study all the information you learned in school in such a short time span. If you do, I would focus on your weakest areas. I recommend using the Saunders NCLEX-PN Review book.
Good Luck :yelclap:

I agree, be careful of the delegation questions if you're going to do that. Why not use the Saunders 4th or 5th Ed NCLEX PN book? It's really good. I found it great for content. I used exam cram and NCLEX PN 3000 (online, free) for questions and Kaplan strategies book for how to answer the questions. I found the NCLEX PN 3000 to be very similar to the NCLEX and it's also great for doing SATA questions. Just search for NCLEX PN 3000. It should say institutional version. That's the one you want. Best of luck. You can do it!!!!
