Is it still difficult to move to Australia if you've been recruited?

Hello! I passed my boards on July 28th, 2017. Went on a European vacation on August 5th, 2017. One of the members in my tour group is a nurse recruiter from Melbourne. She's told me that the process may take a few months but that she'll be in contact. She was very excited and proactive with me once I told her I was interested in practicing in Australia. Yet all of the threads on here tell of the difficulties it is to be accepted there by their government and other issues as well.

I'm wondering if the process may be easier for me because I was recruited from someone from there. Any similar situations anyone?

I'd appreciate any opinions and/or testimonies on the topic.

Thank you are for your time and input!
