OK they own me!! Major problems, 66 hours a week last wk 8a-12midnight, tod at 5p i had to do this iv IN RURAL rUSKIN, NO STREETLIGHTS, HOW WOULD I KNOW, NO PORCH LIGHT,ETC, DROVE BY HSE 5 TIMES!! THEY SAID all THE LIGHTS ARE BROKEN. I OFFERED TO BUY LIGHT BULBS, NO THE FIXTURES ARE BROKEN. aLL ADULT KIDS LIVING THERE, REFUSING TO HELP ELDERLY WIFE OUT WITH iv, SO HE'S MINE bid FOR 1 WEEK AT LEAST AND 10 Q NIGHT, DANGEROUS DAYS, LEAVING MY HSE AT 8A AND GETTING HOME AT 12M AFTER 1 HR COMMUTE HOME! wORSE THAN h WORK, AT LEAST I GOT PD WHEN I WORKED. I AM NOT MANGEMENT, SO WHY exemPT STATUS!! THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP ON PUSHING ME TO MY LMITS, PHYSICALLY AND SAFET oh well they said that hc. am the only RN, salary for 40hrs =28.00 hr. it's killing me. Still up at night doing 3-4 hrs pwork, all SOC, all ROC, all IV's, all Recerts, all d/c and anything else they say their only LPN can't do. Same as her me 30 pts. wk, she sees 20, BUT the pay her for 40. Very unfair. Can you give me rates for SOC's, etc and how many visits they equal for productitivity. PleasE staff do not move to Home health as this is a Florida question.
