Is RENAP Accreditation in the Philippines recognized in the United States?

I am a newly registered nurse and I dont have any experience yet. Me and my friend recently applied for a nurse trainee position in a top hospital in the Philippines and we just had our interview today. But I am contemplating as to whether I will pursue my career in the hospital first since Im a fresh grad, or if I should focus directly on my preferred area - renal nursing. In a years time my spousal petition will be approved (my husband is an American citizen) and I was wondering if ever I do have a RENAP accreditation, will it be considered in the States? Or a dialysis experience in a hospital would suffice? Because if dialysis experience would be enough then I think I will go through the hospital training. Because of the high training fee that dialysis centers require, I am still not sure if its worth it. Pls help....
