Is Pre Health hard?

I applied for nursing programs but due to my grades not being high enough I didn't get in. I got into Loyalist's Pre health Science Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees. I was wondering if anyone knows if this program is hard? Or if it's even worth it to get into the BScn nursing program. I don't want to waste $10,000 (i'm gonna have to live on campus because it's far from home) when I could just take an extra year and upgrade my grades then. Has anyone taken it and found it helpful for first year, or was it just a waste of your time? I would really appreciate any answers.
