Is it possible to transfer from a nursing school to another school in NY?

I need help please anyone. I am actually looking for another school to transfer into their program... either in NY, NJ, PA. I did two semesters of nursing (fundamentals, medsurg1, Pharm1, health assessment and a few more... I took a semester off just to get my health status back to normal because the accelerated program was a little bit too much for me. Now I'm all refresh and ready to keep on going at a slower pace. I am not in a rush. looking into starting all over again this spring2014 coming up. Please help a sister out if you know of any schools. Gladly appreciate it. Thanx!:up:

Most schools in NY won't accept another school's nursing credits. Why don't you continue where you started so you don't have to start over?
