Is naesea during hida scan normal

I have been experiencing gas in my abdomen for years now. I also burp a lot when I am having a "bad day". It kind of comes and goes over time but I haven't really been able to associate it with specific food. I do not eat much meat and no fried foods. I can eat a salad and feel this way. This problem has probably been around for at least 5 years. My primary doc says my gall bladder needs to come out. She sent me for a ultrasound which came back negative, no sludge, no stones. So they sent me for a hida scan. This also has just come back negative. But I felt nauseated and had some, but very little of the gas pain. I have felt a lot worse just eating, but I definitely felt nauseated. The doc is telling me that is sign that the gall bladder is not functioning, the nausea. But from what I can find on the Internet, it seems it could just be the CCK that makes you feel nauseated. I have found conflicting information. Some have said yes that is a true sign that the gall bladder is not functioning, others have said this could just be a sign of the cck being injected too fast, or just the cck in general. So I am wondering what to do. Every test I have had has said my gall bladder is fine except this nausea during the cck injection. my doc really just wants to take the gall badder out but I don't know if I want to do that because I don't feel there is proof positive that is the problem. I have been reading about other things that can cause gas, bloating and belching and found it doesn't necessarily have to be the gall bladder. I do have pain in my right shoulder blade but also have scoliosis in the upper part of my spin which they tell me could be causing the pain since it pulls on my back all day right in the same spot. I just don't know what to do. I really just want to know about the nausea during a hida scan, any advice?
