I applied today to work at Sutter Health as a staff nurse/new grad. I read it's hard to get hired into sutter and if that's the case then I have no chance. The only reason I applied was because it said "BSN preferred" in the description and I have a BSN. The pay is also pretty high or at least higher than what I make right now. I'm not even a new grad. I graduated over 2 years ago but have less than 6 months of nursing experience. I work at 2 SNFs. I need to know if I should expect them to hire me and what it would be like to work for this major network of hospitals with my background of working in small nursing homes.
