Is it hard to find a job if your license was suspended and you have been out of nursing for 10 years?

My license was suspended 10 years ago because of mental illness. Thinking of getting it back and try to become a nurse again if you have the experience or know somebody who has the experience, can you tell me whether it would be really hard to get a job if it's possible at all?
