May I ask...are there any other LPN's here that do HH? This is something I wamt to continue once I finish PN school. I currently work in HH as a CNA and actually do enjoy it!!!
I know my duties will change from what I'm doing now and would love some insite on all that ...this ( the change) will entail? Thanks in advance!!..ps: I live in NC.....

I work for a private Home health Agency, doing skilled visits. I go into the home for things like med admin, tubefeedings, woundcare, etc. I generally see anywhere from 4-8 clients a day, depending. There is also extended hourly-which means 8-12 hrs. with one client. Our RNs open the cases and do supervisory visits with the LPN and HHA.
