Hi and congrats on being in nursing school. I know you said you have to interview a nurse and a nurse manager. Your school does not require you to interview them in person or on the phone???

Most rewarding: being able to educate patients, options in my career

Most challenging: staffing issues

One thing I'd change: the staffing issues
