Interviewed at ER

I recently had an interview for a level 1 trauma ED. They scheduled me to come shadow in the ED for four hours to see if ED nursing is for me. I worked in an ED when I was an aide in nursing school, so I'm fairly sure I'll like it and it fits my long term goal of being a family NP. My question is, after this, I expect they'll want another interview. What sort of things do I want to emphasize in that one to help myself out?
