Hi, I have an interview for a band 6 palliative CNS in the community. As part of the interview I have to do a presentation on how I think the role impacts upon palliative care with regard to the NHS long term plan. I was thinking of talking about importance of personalised care, holistic needs assessments, advanced care planning, giving patients and carers information and signpost to other agencies / liaising with other hcps or agencies. The importance of education including DNs to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. Does this sound about right? I would be grateful for any tips, thank you!
