Just curious, I have an interview for a job with a local flight service in the next 2 weeks...looking for help with the interview...what sort of questions were you asked at your flight job interview...other than the obvious...I'm curious if they asked any "What would you do in this situation questions?" I ask because I know the interview will be intimidating already as I have to interview in front of 11 people at once...so I'm looking for any help I can get...The flight service does both scene and interfacility transports...Thanks in advance...

I don't know what types of flight nurse questions you might be asked, however I do have a list from the book "Interview Power" by Tom Washington. This book is an excellent resource I have found. The idea is to outlines your answers so you are reclling the outline - not a memorized answer. The second section of behavior based questions are much harder as they require you to have a story or example to answer the question. I was faced with a panel interview once and each person on the panel had a 17 page packet in front of them with these type questions - it was brutal. SO a little prep goes a long way. Good luck.
