Hello peeps, I currently work in a pediatric ICU unit and I would like to contingently work in an adult critical care area. My long term goal is to become a CRNA. When interviewing for the adult position, how should I word/explain my reasoning for applying to the position without looking bad? Yes, I want the experience and I think it will make me a better nurse, but I don't desire to work there long term. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Thanks! :)

Approach the interview questions from the point of view of the manager. Do you think an interviewing manager wants to hear answers that show you are only interested in the job as a stepping stone in your career?
Thank you so much dishes! Have a great day :)
