how do i interview properly?

howdy all, well i have a job interview on tuesday, and i need to know what are some good questions to ask. I guess in school, they focus too much on the NCLEX, but now that I passed:D i just want to make sure that the job I choose will be right for me, especially since they have an 18 month contract. I also want to work @ the county hospital because I love the patients and the fact that it's a teaching hospital, but i know they throw you in there, without a preceptor. So someone....please help. oh and hello to everyone, i just signed up on this allnurses.com so i hope i can get some great advice as a new RN.
